For the purposes of recording this virtual event, I herewith irrevocably grant Olympus a non-exclusive right of use of my image, voice and name, unlimited in time and place, sublicensable only to Olympus affiliated companies within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), free of any third-party rights that would conflict with the granting of the rights hereunder. The scope of the right of use of Olympus is limited to (i) the right to record the virtual event in its entirety (Recording), (ii) the right to making available the Recording (also in parts) to all participants of this virtual event as well as to all other persons who have access to the password protected area of the Olympus Professional Education Platforms (in particular participants of other Olympus events, e.g. online/on-site training courses). Should Olympus wish to edit the content of the Recording, Olympus undertakes to obtain your prior consent provided that your rights are specifically affected by the editing. Notwithstanding the above regulation, Olympus shall be entitled to edit the Recording for technical reasons (e.g. in order to enhance the sound and picture quality) without your prior consent.

Participants are responsible for complying with local requirements and regulations including managing approval/notification of employer or disclosing to authorities whenever necessary.
