The insertion tube rotation function allows the bronchoscopist to change the insertion tube’s angle of approach by rotating a ring on the control section. The function is designed to advance the bronchoscope maneuverability , diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

The motion capture testing has conducted to validate the efficiency of the function.
Totally 6 sensors were attached to the bronchoscopist’s shoulder, wrist, elbow through the reproduced  bronchoscopy.

The rotation function reduce the wrist and body twisting motion effectively.

Especially the scene that bronchoscopist perform the procedure with sampling devices, the function can work effectively comparing the scene bronchoscopist advancing the scope to the target site without EndoTherapy devices.

The insertion tube rotation function can advance various aspects of bronchoscopy, elevating the standard of care in bronchoscopy.
