New EDOF colonoscope (CF-EZ1500DL) with EVIS X1 system from Olympus is the revolution of colonoscope. Daily practice is easier for endoscopist to make an accurate diagnosis by brighter and sharper 4K image in both white light and NBI. EDOF colonoscope can capture details of whole lesion easily. TXI can help to detect lesion easier than conventional white light and it may change the standard of colonoscope in the future. Not only the image processing is amazing but the handling of EDOF colonoscope are also improved. Adjusted curve of the handle and reposition of programed switch made endoscopist can hold the scope tightly and capture picture or change the feature by programmed switch are easier.
